Today I have: tidied the living room, hoovered the living room, done the washing up, done the laundry, washed the kitchen floor, cleaned the kitchen surfaces, tidied the kitchen store cupboard, been to the sorting office to pick up a parcel, done banking and emptied the bins.

I can haz wine now?

My day seems to have consisted of wash up last night's dinner things, do shopping, wash up breakfast stuff, cook lunch, wash up lunch stuff, cook first-shift tea (OH going out, eldest son up all night and about to go to bed), cook second-shift tea (me and younger two).

So I'm about to get stuck into the wine, and you've had a more exciting day than I have and you have a clean and tidy house to show for it, which I definitely don't, so frankly I'm not sure why you're even asking. Oh wait, you probably weren't. *raises glass* Cheers!

(I still have to wash up the frying pan from the sausage and egg sandwich I had for lunch. I'm pretending it's not there. And I haven't cooked dinner yet, woe!)
