OMG the number of times I've nearly fallen over the wet floor signs. they position them *right* on the corner of the stairs where you don't see them as you round the landings...

hah, yes, I was asked (by the rest of the dept pissing themselves laughing) if I was going to enter it on the H&S reporting database...
