Seriously though, that was a fabulous documentary, and I speak as someone who normally avoids war doc's at all cost. He was so enthusiastic, and the survivors' accounts were so matter of fact about what they'd done, and the combination of location bits and accounts from the commandos, and showing you what it was like on the actual boats was just - well, I was spellbound for the whole hour.
I hereby put forward the motion that all documentaries from now on have to be presented by Clarkson.
Or Michael Wood.
